This is hard to say, but so, so true. Few if any are TRULY hungry in America. One has to travel to "third world" countries to understand what hunger truly means. Children already get breakfast and lunch at school and now there is talk of adding dinner. Even homeless people in our country are often overweight. It's hard to understand until you have visited a place, like Haiti, where true hunger exists. I have been to these places and I appreciate your honesty. Thank you for a beautiful and honest post.
